Council approves committee appointments, Main Street closure for July event

Pat Fastnacht moved, seconded by Shawn Tobin, to approve the street closure; the motion carried with Scott Vaske recorded as abstaining (Ayes: 4; Vaske abstained). Council directed staff to obtain pricing for parking-strip installation in a separate discussion about Main Street parking and U-turns.
