Board approves consent agenda and vendor contracts, including cleaning and yearbook agreements

The Washington Community High School Board approved its consent agenda and several vendor contracts in routine action at the June 9 meeting.
The consent agenda included approval of Executive Session minutes and Regular Meeting minutes from May 12, 2025; 2025-26 board meeting dates; Gabbert's Cleaning Service contract renewal; a resolution to prepay recurring bills; a resolution for regulatory basis of accounting; an auditor engagement letter; and Miller, Hall & Triggs service rate. Buck motioned and Kopinski seconded approval of the consent agenda; roll call was 6-0 in favor. Later in action items, the board approved continuing the contract with Paper and approved a 2026 yearbook contract with Jostens; each motion carried on recorded roll calls.
The minutes do not include contract dollar amounts or term dates for the contracts; staff will provide further contract documentation as part of administrative records.
