The board later voted to adopt the amended FY25 budget with a recorded roll call of Buck, Kopinski, Essig, Drum, Funk and James—all voting yes.
Board members said the amended budget reflected routine year-end adjustments. The financial report, presented earlier in the meeting, noted that final bills for the year have been paid and that previously reported issues with Torry Gym have been addressed. The adoption completes the board's formal adjustments for FY25 and allows staff to proceed with year-end closings and transfers.
The board approved the motion by voice and roll call; the meeting record shows a unanimous vote (6-0). The board will consider the district's FY26 tentative budget separately, which was presented during the same meeting.
