Forks Township expands recycling yard hours; board approves training and personnel moves

The board also ratified VIGR duty handgun red-dot instructor training held July 13–14 and authorized the chairman to execute the related hold-harmless agreement.
On personnel, the board approved transferring Tom Schaible from community center custodian to recycling center monitor effective July 20, 2026, at $18.00/hour, and ratified hiring Bill Bulger as community center custodian effective July 10, 2026, at $16.50/hour with no benefits. These personnel moves were described as effective immediately and recorded as motions that carried.
