Central Services details July activity and $573.44 in postage and shipping savings

At the Aug. 7 meeting of the LaSalle County IT and Central Services Committee, Tracy from Central Services presented the department's July activity and cost figures.
Tracy said the office processed 19,537 microfilmed documents, 680 processed feet and 39,122 scanned images for the month. She also reported activity counts tied to equipment: 63,317 on 18 copy machines and 84,351 on three digital printers. "Monthly bills, $92,520.89," she said, and added reimbursements of $3,067.47.
Tracy outlined postage and related savings in detail, giving a breakdown that included downtown circuit clerk postage and county clerk postage items and totaling a combined savings: "We have a total savings of $573.44," she said. Committee members moved to approve the report; the motion passed by voice vote.
The committee did not request additional information during the presentation and approved the Central Services report as presented.
