Matt Stolke explained that "Garland Roofing supplies the materials for the project" and that the contractor needed a bending machine to form metal roofing components; that machine was expected by the end of the week or next week and work would resume. Stolke also said a contractor was not a licensed vendor for Garland, which contributed to schedule adjustments.
