Select Board urges earlier talks on school budget, Berkshire Health Group costs

"Let's start the school conversation earlier than Peter addressing the Select Board... about the end product of the school budget process," Committee member (S3) said, urging a September conversation with the joint finance committee. Chair (S1) and others asked the finance committee to draft pragmatic, incremental financial policy changes so the current budget cycle is not delayed.
