The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by member Przybyl and seconded by member Dopke and passed with five votes in favor and two members absent (Washington, Dusterhoft). The personnel section included new hires and reassignments, multiple long-term leaves (several FMLA leaves with estimated start and end dates listed in the boardbook), and notes that some hires are pending standard paperwork and verifications.
Board Secretary Jim Gorecki declared the motion carried after the vote. The approved financial and personnel documents will be filed with the district records as part of routine board governance.
