The superintendent said Suit‑Kote will start chipping around the second week of June and that shoulder mower work and other routine maintenance were performed. The report included a fuel log showing 301.9 gallons of diesel used.
Board members discussed equipment procurement: the superintendent said the town has been "trying to get in touch with Matt at Viking for our dump body/sander for the new Dump Truck but not returning our calls," and Supervisor Jack Thompson said the town may need to consider legal action if the vendor continues to be unresponsive. The board also authorized putting the Ford 250 up for bid with a minimum bid of $40,000 including plow and sander.
