Robert Bonner introduced himself as the county's interim human resources director, told the committee he started on June 9, and said this was his first meeting with the advisory group. "I started back in, November with the county... this is my 1st meeting with you folks and looking forward to a collaborative working relationship and anything I can do to support the EEOC and all the things on the agenda," Bonner said.
Committee members welcomed him to the role and thanked HR and EEO staff for their report-outs. Bonner's appearance accompanied staff remarks that an overall review and assessment of HR units is underway to identify efficiencies and improvements for the EEO program.
