Board releases select executive-session minutes, approves personnel and financial reports
Summary

Trustee Carol Botwinski presented a semi-annual review of executive-session minutes and recommended making the January 9, February 13, March 13 and May 10, 2025 executive-session minutes available for public inspection and destroying executive-session recordings older than 18 months. The board approved the recommendation on a motion by Carol Botwinski, seconded by Brian Greidanus; the motion passed unanimously (7–0).
The consent agenda also included the Personnel Report and the Tuition Reimbursement Summary. The minutes record July 2025 tuition reimbursements as 7 employees, 33 hours, and $4,950 reimbursed. The Financial Report and vouchers were approved after Trustee Mari-Lynn Peters reviewed and certified the vouchers; that motion passed unanimously as well.
The Personnel Report and other supporting documents are filed with district minutes; the board approved the consent package by roll call, and the minutes reflect that these routine governance items were completed without separate discussion.
