Staff presented two sample donor-plaque options (smaller aluminum plates and a more durable bronze-style alternative) and shared per-unit price examples. The smaller 4x6 aluminum plate was quoted at about $80 per unit; staff suggested placing three plaques in high-visibility planters rather than labeling every pot. "If we went by the 4 by 6 at the cheapest price at 80, it'd be 80 times 3 or 80 times 4," John said while explaining cost and placement options.
After discussing durability and visibility, a board member moved to purchase three of the 4x6 option; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote. Staff will finalize the wording and run it by two volunteers (Faz and Jeremy) before ordering.
