Design professional Vladimir Levin told the board there is an existing floor drain and no contaminants in the sewer system. Applicant Jason Rudolph confirmed that vehicle washing takes place at another Pelham location and would not occur at the East Third Street site. The board asked the applicant to inspect and address sidewalk conditions at the site; the chair requested that draft resolution language requiring sidewalk repair be prepared for the board’s Feb. 4 meeting.
The chair opened and closed the public hearing during the meeting after motions to adopt the Negative Declaration and close the hearing were approved.
