Near the end of the meeting commissioners moved and seconded a continuation of the workshop to Sept. 3, 2026 to allow staff time to incorporate Coastal Commission comments and to present revised sections for public comment; the motion passed by voice vote and the meeting was adjourned. Staff said they will present a redlined draft and additional materials at the continued workshop.
