Residents press board to investigate noise and contamination at All Star Salvage; staff to coordinate with DEP

We can't even enjoy sitting out in our yard ... As seniors, this is a serious health risk." Staff said DEP has previously visited the site and that the board would request DEP's monitoring records, consider site-level sound screening methods (measuring at the property line and looking for a 10-decibel threshold above background) and reach out to DEP regarding groundwater inspections.
