Planning staff to work with Humboldt Bay Municipal Water District after district comments flagged

Rhianne Meagan, who presented sections of the draft, acknowledged receipt and said the district had requested to work with staff.
"We did receive and acknowledge their comment. We just have not had time to address it in a new draft," Meagan said, adding that staff would coordinate with the district and return with edits. Commissioners asked for a redlined version showing where Coastal Commission and municipal comments were accepted or proposed for change so they could review outstanding items ahead of the next workshop and public hearing.
