Town Manager: tax bills mailed; Winter Harbor won’t receive new tabulator for November election

Town Manager Sara J. Liscomb provided several administrative updates at the Sept. 8 Selectmen meeting. She reported that all tax bills have been mailed to taxpayers and noted that while updating the personnel policy staff skipped a section that will be placed on a future agenda for review.
Liscomb also told the board that, for the third year in a row, the Secretary of State did not put the new tabulator machines out to bid — meaning Winter Harbor will not receive a new tabulator for the upcoming November election. She said she will attend an upcoming Networking Day event.
