The Council approved two final plats on April 21. Community Development Director Fischer said the Final Plat of Burnett’s Ravine Ridge No. 8, submitted by the Steven Burnett Trust, creates 24 single-family lots, extends Aspen Lane, and adds Heritage Drive; Nicollet County approved heavy-construction traffic access from Rockford Road and the Traffic & Safety Committee recommended monitoring traffic and considering traffic calming if needed. The Council approved the plat unanimously.
Fischer also presented the Final Plat of Maple Tree Estates, which would create 19 single-family lots on the property’s south side, extend Rolling Green Lane, add Alexandra Court, and reserve Outlots A and B for a future pedestrian-trail system and utility connections; Lot 1, Block 5 is reserved for future patio homes and Lot 1, Block 6 for future stormwater ponds. The Planning Commission recommended approval and the Council approved the final plat.
