Commission approves registers, disbursements and event donations; Open Invoice approval contingent on sponsorship form

The Daggett County Commission handled several finance items April 7. Commissioners acknowledged the Cash Summary and Accounts Receivable Report dated April 2, 2026; approved the Reimbursement Register for March 15'28, 2026 totaling $104.40; and acknowledged the Disbursement Listing for March 25'April 3, 2026 totaling $152,647.40.
Commissioner Lytle raised a documentation issue related to a donation to the DL Invitational. The commission approved the Open Invoice Register (total $35,908.40) contingent on receipt of a sponsorship form and asked Jordynn Hewitt to contact Keri Pallesen to ensure proper procedure. Separately, the commission approved a $1,000 donation and permit for the SingleFly fundraiser (Keri stated the Daggett Designation fund has $2,000 available) and approved a $5,000 donation to the DL Invitational funded through TRT; the $5,000 donation will be ratified at next week's meeting.
