Commissioner Jack Lytle moved to approve the waiver and Commissioner Randy Asay seconded; all three commissioners—Matt Tippets, Jack Lytle and Randy Asay—voted yes.
During public comment, resident Mike Muscleman expressed opposition to the RV Dump Project being situated near his residence, citing significant safety concerns and noting he had not yet reviewed updated project plans. Commissioners and staff recommended he attend upcoming town meetings to remain informed and provide further input; the permit-fee waiver decision does not itself approve the RV Dump Project design or location.
