Students, staff and activities spotlighted as board hears reports

Student liaisons Bradley Dunn and Wyeth Angus reported on recent student activities and athletics: a White Christmas production, marching band ratings (all ones), regional championships in boys tennis and field hockey, and an undefeated girls swim league season. Trustees and staff used the reports section to commend performers and thank volunteers.
Staff reports from North Creek (Casey Wescott), South Meadows (Katie Spisich) and other departments (Operations, Technology, Food Service, Transportation, Special Education, Early Childhood and Community Education) were recorded on the agenda as informational items; no personnel actions or program changes were recorded in the minutes. Trustees also encouraged community participation in the Nov. election and noted a forthcoming CTE millage question on the ballot.
