Director Neri explained the $26,150 amount would have applied if prepaid and that the reconciliation and invoicing history dated to April; he also agreed to ask the vendor to waive the fee. The commission moved to concur and place the communication on file; clerk recorded 12 yays, 0 nays.
Commissioners asked staff to follow up with the vendor about the reinstatement fee and to report back with an explanation of the timeline and any potential corrective action for future renewals.
