The Farmington Board of Education voted unanimously on a slate of procurement items during its June 3 meeting.
Nutrition Services Supervisor Angie Davis presented the pizza contract award: the 2025–26 commercial pizza contract was awarded to Little Caesars at $0.91 per slice (whole-grain option) and to Jet’s Pizza at $1.02 per slice (white crust only). The motion was moved by Donald Walker Jr. and supported by Angie Smith; the roll-call vote was 7–0 in favor.
The board also approved purchase of a new serving line for Hillside Elementary from Stafford Smith, Inc. through the Oakland Schools consortium bid for $75,630.00 (funded by the Nutrition Services Fund); purchase of concert attire for Farmington and North Farmington High Schools from DeMoulin Bros. & Co. for $78,430.88; and replacement of four facilities vehicles (one 2026 Ford F-250 service body $69,704; two 2026 Ford F-250 canopy trucks $67,602 each; and one 2026 Ford F-550 dump truck $100,982) totaling $305,890.00. All motions passed by roll-call votes of 7–0.
