Commission approves rezoning for 12810 Owens Chapel Road to R-40

Commissioners and staff asked clarifying questions about driveways and recordation; planning staff noted the parcel change likely dated to several years ago and that some lots were not properly recorded. After discussion the commission moved the resolution, and the chair announced the motion carried (recorded in the transcript as 23-4-0).
The rezoning will change the parcel'level zoning designation and allow the applicant to pursue the described single-family construction in compliance with R-40 standards. Planning staff said remaining lot-specific conditions will be addressed through permit review.
