The Marysville Public Schools Board on Sept. 25 approved payments totaling $358,790 from the district's Building & Site Fund to three contractors for recent facility work.
The board approved $227,000 to KPJ Roofing and Sheet Metal for roofing work at Marysville Middle School, $88,200 to Watson Brothers for glycol replacement at Marysville High School and Marysville Elementary School, and $43,590 to Weather Guard for repairs to the band garage and concession stand roof. The motion to approve the payments was moved by Kirk Smith and supported by Colleen Dodson; it carried with five ayes, zero nays and one abstention by Trustee Barry Kreiner.
