District ends Bradford Group agreement for Bison Preserve and authorizes RFQ for Lubke Road property

On a related land‑use action, President Lisa Werner moved and the board approved release of a Request for Qualifications to seek private investors or developers to partner with New Buffalo Area Schools on the property at 12332 Lubke Road, beginning Monday, Oct. 13, 2025. Denise Churchill seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
