The Robertson County Commission read a resolution recognizing Willie Mason for 50 years of service as a school bus driver and invited attendees to take a group photo with the honoree. Commissioners praised Mason's decades of service and presented the resolution text that details his contributions to student transportation and community relations.
The commission also heard from Becky Wall of the Charlotte Reeves Robertson chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, who outlined Constitution Week activities and said the DAR is working in local schools and libraries. Wall presented a certificate of appreciation to Mayor Vogel on behalf of the chapter and encouraged civic education and local displays honoring the Constitution.
