Board approves meeting agenda and sets future business meeting dates
Summary
At the Aug. 6 workshop the board approved the meeting agenda by voice vote (motion by Sharon, seconded by Simi), and the Chair confirmed upcoming business meetings on Aug. 20 and Sept. 10 at 6 p.m. at the District Service Center.
Early in the meeting the board completed roll call, recited the Pledge of Allegiance and approved the agenda by voice vote. The Chair announced the motion and recorded that it was moved by Sharon and seconded by Simi; the Chair then called the vote and said "Aye," indicating passage.
Later in the meeting the Chair confirmed the board's next business meetings will be held at 6 p.m. at the District Service Center on Aug. 20 and Sept. 10. The Chair then adjourned the meeting.
