Clerk and Recorder Jillie Winke told the commissioners the office has staff available and requested rescinding the prior resolution that closed the recording office at noon so the office would remain open during the lunch hour. Winke said, "we are asking to rescind the resolution that allowed us to close at noon so that we will be open again from during the lunch hour."
Commissioner (speaker 5) moved to rescind resolution "20 23-07-02" and amend resolution "20 23 01 03" to keep the recording office open between noon and 1 p.m.; the chair called the vote and the motion passed. Commissioners also authorized stamped signatures for the clerk's documents as requested.
