The Calvert County Planning Commission on Sept. 18 voted to recommend final approval of SDFP 143153, Prince Frederick Crossing Phase 4 (Lots 1–22), after staff certification that conditions tied to the project's earlier preliminary approval had been satisfied.
"I...certify that all conditions of the preliminary approval granted by the Planning Commission on the 02/23/2022 meeting for SD 138229, Prince Frederick Crossing, Phase 4, Lots 1 Through 22 have been met," Planning Commission administrator Tamara Blake Wallace said during the meeting. The certification established the factual basis for the commission to act on the final subdivision application.
Following a brief procedural clarification about a reference-number typo in the staff materials, a commissioner moved to recommend approval "as certified," a second was recorded, and the commission voted in the affirmative with no recorded opposition. The action completes the final-review step identified in staff materials; further ministerial permitting and recordation steps will follow according to county procedures.
The motion and vote were recorded during the meeting's major-subdivision item; commissioners did not attach additional conditions beyond those recommended by staff.
