Doctor Johnson said CCPS will continue to draw on technical-assistance supports as it implements the blueprint and works to meet a 75% compliance standard meaning that 75% of certain funds must ‘follow the students.’
“We do have several upcoming submissions this fall… and we have a new opportunity through MSDE and, AIB on the phase 2 technical assistance,” Johnson said, describing external support for implementation and compliance work. She also noted continuing technical assistance from Brett Lane.
Johnson said the district will monitor how negotiated pay structures interact with implementation priorities and will include fiscal notes in proposals so the committee can see projected costs. No new funding commitments were taken at the meeting; staff will return with details as part of implementation planning.
