The Utah State Tax Commission convened via Zoom on April 10, 2025, at 9:03 a.m. Chair John L. Valentine recorded participating commissioners and staff, invited public comment (none was offered), and moved through a short agenda before adjourning at 9:08 a.m.
"MOTION: Commissioner Cragun moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously. Commission Chair Valentine adjourned the meeting at 9:08 a.m.," the minutes state. The brief meeting recorded no executive director report or commissioners' reports and the minutes were later attested by Executive Assistant Chantay Asper on June 5, 2025.
