Resident says driveway left uneven after town road work; board to meet contractor

“They did not resurface the portion of my driveway that was affected by your project,” the Resident said, describing a distinct seam and concern about future cracking and freeze–thaw damage. The Resident said they had discussed the issue with town staff previously and had been told the work was not in the contract.
The Chair apologized for the communication lapse and offered to set up a meeting with the road contractor, saying, “I will attend, represent the board and see if we can get this resolved for it.” The resident requested email updates and photographs were noted as attachments to the public comment record.
