Member 4 moved to “move forward with the RFP with amendments as proposed to be executed and advertised by town staff,” the Chair seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
Board members discussed scheduling bids so proposals would be due in time for either the second meeting in September or the first meeting in October, and noted a special town meeting could be held if needed. The board also asked staff to finalize the RFP language (including acreage and tower-lease references) before advertising.
