A subsequent commenter identified in the transcript as "Tish Linky Crimping" said she had raised concerns previously about facility-use agreement language and alleged county manager misrepresented county intent to a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) staff member: "Manager Moyer, you misrepresented the county and its intentions to the BLM," she said on the record. Daniela Agasova (Granby) reported recurring problems with the meeting audio, said posted minutes were late and too brief, and urged the board to surface public-interest matters such as the Flying Hills Arena discussions and animal-shelter funding so residents can follow decisions.
The commission acknowledged the comments and directed staff to look into audio/recording issues and to follow up on Flying Hills Facility Use Agreement questions; the manager said staff would return with further information.
