Josh Schroeder, the county’s airports representative, asked the board to approve a one-year commercial amendment to Hangar 18’s lease at Granby Airport that would permit the tenant to lease hangar space for short-term, overnight transient use (short term defined in the lease as under six months). Schroeder said the amendment follows prior practice of adding one-year commercial amendments to hangar leases.
"Simply asking for approval and signature on the commercial amendment for Hangar 18 Granby Airport," Schroeder said. A commissioner moved to approve the amendment noting county attorney review had been completed; the board approved the motion by voice vote.
