The county manager recognized new hires and multiple employee anniversaries in a brief presentation to the Board of County Commissioners. New staff named included Bryce Sutton at the Grand County Sheriff’s Office and Stephanie Klein in GIS/IT; the manager then read a roster of staff anniversaries that included employees with service ranging from one to 34 years, including the county surveyor with 34 years and a building department employee with 27 years.
Commissioners and staff thanked the honorees and noted certificates would be distributed. "On behalf of the Board of County Commissioners, a big thank you to all these employees and everything they do and especially the services they provide our citizens of Grand County," the county manager said during the recognition remarks.
