On a motion by Board Member Beverly Gerard and a second by Board Member Susan Alvaro, the Board unanimously approved the Consent Agenda at the May 20 meeting.
The items adopted included: Resolution No. 26-29 regarding expenditures from the Education Protection Account; Resolution No. 26-30 authorizing 2025–2026 year-end budget increases, revisions and transfers; Resolution No. 26-31 authorizing temporary borrowing ("bridge loans") in 2026–2027 for small school districts with average daily attendance of 901 or fewer; Joint Resolution No. 26-32 recognizing June 2026 as LGBTQ+ Pride Month; and Joint Resolution No. 26-33 honoring San Mateo County Office of Education certificated and classified employees. The Board also received staffing reports as part of the consent items.
