Waterside homeowner gets approval for 6-foot privacy fence after arborvitae lost to deer

The board moved to approve the variance for a 6-foot closed construction fence in the front/waterside yard in lieu of the permitted 4-foot open fence, conditioned on applying for all required permits and subject to DEC approval. The motion passed on roll call.
