Miss Dayton presented the 2026–27 tax report and said the proposed special tax rates are unchanged from the prior year. "Residential properties will continue to be assessed between approximately $45.84 and $200 annually per dwelling unit," Dayton said, and noted the district completed the required public hearing and first reading on July 21, 2026. The board adopted the ordinance and directed administration to submit the tax report to the Sacramento County Auditor's Office by the August 7 statutory deadline.
