Langley council approves payroll, vouchers, appointment and engineering budget request on consent agenda

The consent agenda also included the appointment of Erich Anderson to the Finance and Personnel Commission and approval of an additional Facet Engineering budget request for the LIP. Councilmember Dominique Emerson moved to adopt the consent agenda; Councilmember Chris Carlson seconded. Council amended the consent agenda to remove approval of the April 6 meeting minutes for separate discussion, then adopted the amended consent agenda unanimously.
Approval of the April 6 meeting minutes was deferred to the next meeting after proposed edits by Councilmember Chris Carlson.
