Board members acknowledged the need for both speed and transparency, saying the subcommittee would prepare drafts for the full board and post them when appropriate. "I wonder if we can have a discussion of what that process would be... a timeline for a draft of the lease at some point to be made available to the public and then a call to the public to speak to us about their thoughts," the senator said.
At meeting end a motion to adjourn to executive session was moved and seconded and approved by voice vote; the public portion of the meeting concluded with the board adjourning to executive session.
