Jefferson County commissioners handled several ministerial items on July 20, approving minutes, claims and certificates of residency by unanimous roll call.
The board approved commissioner meeting minutes from July 6, 2026, and claims dated July 11–17, 2026, totaling $479,752.66. Commissioners also approved certificates of residency: Henry Shelton and Atison Taylor were approved for the College of Eastern Idaho for fall 2026 and spring 2027, and Lillian Waddell was approved for the College of Southern Idaho. All motions passed with aye votes from Commissioner Clark, Commissioner Young and Chairman Hancock.
