Board approves trips, bus routes, personnel actions and a three-year Erie 1 BOCES contract

The Board approved a series of routine business items and personnel actions. Motions carried unanimously on Sept. 8 included approval of an overnight boys and girls cross-country trip to Queensbury, NY (Sept. 12–13, 2025), adoption of District bus routes for 2025–26 (confidential), multiple personnel appointments (including a full‑time probationary FACS/Physical Education teacher, Darian Papia, effective Sept. 10, 2025), and several support-staff hires and resignations.
The Board also authorized a three-year contract with Erie 1 BOCES to furnish computer services through the Western New York Regional Information Center under Education Law 1950(4)(JJ), for an amount not to exceed $17,889.84 with monthly payments not to exceed $496.94. The motion authorized the Board President or District Clerk to execute the contract.
