The Moscow Mills Planning & Zoning Commission met on May 4, 2026, at the Moscow Mills Lions Club and approved the April 6, 2026 meeting minutes by unanimous consent. Attendance recorded commission members Tom Anderson, Janice Handing, Jennifer Jeckstadt, Greg Mansfield, Tina Hunsel and Amy Vollmer, along with Mayor Lisa Meyer and city staff AJ Hance (Public Works) and AJ Girondo (City Engineer); Christine Shoemaker and Nicholas Harper were listed as absent.
Under old business Commissioner Amy Vollmer reported, "No updates this month." The meeting proceeded to two new‑business items that the commission recommended to the Board of Aldermen. The session recorded no open discussion items or a separate work session and adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
