Staff reported that the Route 12 sewer project requires reforming the district to accommodate the portion of work that will serve Swan Bay Estates. "We will rescind the current district and reform for the space," staff said, and noted that Andy has drafted an initial resolution for the board to review.
Staff said the next round of consolidated funding applications is open and due at the end of July and that the team will assist Morgan and resubmit applications for the Route 12 sewer project and Redwood Water and Sewer. No formal vote to rescind or reform the district was recorded at the meeting; staff listed action steps and offered to coordinate with affected parties and finalize the draft resolution for board consideration.
