Board directs study to shrink Route 12 Sewer District expansion

The resolution instructs staff to identify parcels proposed to remain and parcels proposed to be removed and to analyze sewer facilities, indebtedness, grants, loans and regulatory approvals.
The motion passed by voice vote after a motion and second. Board members emphasized that the final geographic boundary will be driven by economics and bid results rather than guesswork and that a public hearing will be scheduled before any formal diminution proceedings begin.
