During the liquor-license portion of the agenda, the Mayor and clerk confirmed that "no information had been received from either business" (referring to Social Sip and Gateway Marina). Joe Cornell said the council should approve only businesses that have completed all necessary requirements for a city liquor license. The motion to approve Harrison Haus Ventures carried on roll call.
Licenses for other listed businesses were approved contingent upon receiving state and county licenses as noted in the minutes; no violations or public objections were recorded during this session.
