The Harrison City Council voted on Feb. 12 to set a continued public hearing for the Stonegate Development Agreement (Phase II) for March 12 at 5:00 PM.
Councilmember Josephine Prophet moved to set the date and Charlie Shutt seconded the motion. The vote to set the hearing time and date carried with recorded ayes by Josephine Prophet, Joe Cornell, Charlie Shutt, Debbie Lockhart and John Gray; Will Butler voted nay. The hearing continuation gives staff and developers additional time to present materials and gives the public a set date to address the proposal.
No testimony on the project was recorded at this meeting; councilmembers did not adopt policy actions at this session and instead scheduled the public hearing to gather more information.
