Metro South CID, contractors and Norfolk Southern credited for Cedar Grove Bridge delivery

Wayne Smith, vice president of Metro South CID, presented a plaque recognizing Larry Johnson for his leadership in advancing the project, thanking him for years of service.
Officials also praised DeKalb County public-works staff and private utilities for complex coordination during construction, including water-line work and utility relocations near the rail crossing.
